Meet the Pitmaster
Pitmaster Jake 'Smokehouse' Reynolds grew up tending fires alongside his grandfather in the Texas Hill Country. After winning three state championships, he opened Smokestack BBQ to share his family's century-old smoking traditions with the world. Every cut is rubbed by hand, smoked low and slow, and served with love.
