Everything you need to know before joining

Do I need boxing experience to join?

Not at all! We welcome complete beginners. Our beginner boxing classes teach you everything from scratch, including proper stance, footwork, and punches. Most of our members started with zero experience.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just bring comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle. We provide all boxing equipment including gloves and hand wraps for your first class. You can purchase your own gear from our pro shop later.

Is boxing safe for beginners?

Yes! Safety is our top priority. Beginners don't spar - you'll work on bags, pads, and technique. We have strict safety protocols and all coaches are certified in first aid. Sparring is only for advanced students who request it.

Can boxing help me lose weight?

Absolutely! Boxing is one of the best full-body workouts. A typical class burns 600-1000 calories. Combined with proper nutrition, our members regularly lose 2-3 pounds per week. We've helped members lose over 10,000 pounds combined!

What's the difference between membership levels?

Basic gives you gym access and limited classes. Unlimited includes all group classes and extended hours. Elite adds personal training, video analysis, and competition prep. Most people start with Unlimited.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes! We offer 1-on-1 and small group personal training sessions. Elite members get 4 sessions included monthly. Others can purchase packages. Perfect for those wanting focused attention on technique or competition prep.
