Everything you need to know about getting started at Forge.

Absolutely! We scale every workout to your fitness level. Our Foundations program is designed specifically for beginners, teaching proper movement patterns and building a base of strength and conditioning. Most of our members started with zero CrossFit experience.
Wear comfortable athletic clothes you can move in freely. Athletic shoes with flat soles work best (not running shoes with thick heels). Bring water and a towel. We provide all equipment including jump ropes, lifting shoes, and weight belts.
No. Building significant muscle mass requires specific programming, nutrition, and often years of dedicated training. CrossFit builds functional, lean muscle that improves your overall fitness, metabolism, and appearance without creating excessive bulk.
We recommend 3-4 days per week for best results. This allows for adequate recovery while building consistency. Many members start with 2-3 days and increase as their fitness improves. All memberships include a recommended training schedule.
