Everything you need to know about our distillery and spirits
Where do you source your ingredients?
We source all our grains from certified organic farms within a 100-mile radius of our distillery. Our botanicals are sourced globally from trusted partners who share our commitment to quality and sustainability.
What makes your distillation process unique?
We use traditional copper pot stills imported from Scotland, combined with modern temperature control systems. Our master distiller oversees every batch personally, ensuring consistency and quality. We also use a proprietary triple-distillation process that creates exceptional purity.
How long do you age your spirits?
Our whiskeys and bourbons are aged for a minimum of 8 years, with our premium reserves aging up to 15 years. The aging occurs in American oak barrels that have been carefully charred to our specifications. Our rum ages for 8 years in Caribbean-style barrels.
Do you offer distillery tours?
Yes! We offer guided tours every Saturday and Sunday at 11 AM and 2 PM. Tours include a walk through our production facility, barrel room, and conclude with a tasting session. Advanced booking is required. Private tours for groups can be arranged on weekdays.
Can I purchase directly from the distillery?
Absolutely! Our distillery shop is open Tuesday through Sunday, 10 AM to 6 PM. We offer exclusive distillery-only releases and special editions not available elsewhere. We also ship nationwide where legally permitted.
What sustainability practices do you follow?
We're committed to environmental stewardship. We use 100% renewable energy, recycle all water used in production, compost spent grains for local farms, and our bottles are made from 80% recycled glass. We're also carbon-neutral certified.
