How long does setup take?
Setup typically takes 45-60 minutes. We arrive early to ensure everything is ready before your event starts. Breakdown takes about 30 minutes.
Can we customize the photo templates?
Absolutely! We offer custom photo templates with your names, date, logo, or any design you prefer. Just send us your details 2 weeks before the event.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand plans change. Cancel up to 30 days before for a full refund, or reschedule anytime with no penalty. Contact us as soon as possible.
Do you travel outside the local area?
Yes! We serve the entire metropolitan area and surrounding regions. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 50 miles from our base.
How do guests receive their photos?
Guests get instant prints on-site, plus digital copies via email or text. All photos are also uploaded to a private online gallery within 24 hours.
Is an attendant included?
Yes! Every package includes a professional booth attendant who helps guests, manages the equipment, and ensures everything runs smoothly.
