Everything you need to know about joining
Do I need to be fast to join?
Absolutely not! We have groups for all paces, from beginners to competitive runners. Our slowest group averages 12 min/mile and our fastest around 6 min/mile. Everyone is welcome and supported.
What if I miss a run?
Life happens! There is no pressure to attend every run. We have multiple groups running throughout the week, so you can pick and choose what fits your schedule. Just show up when you can.
Is there a trial period?
Yes! Your first two weeks are completely free. Come to as many runs as you like, meet the community, and see if it is a good fit. No credit card required to start.
What should I bring to my first run?
Just bring yourself, water, and comfortable running shoes! We will provide the route, support, and encouragement. We recommend bringing your phone for tracking if you like to log runs.
Do you run in bad weather?
We run rain or shine! We only cancel for severe weather like lightning, extreme heat warnings, or icy conditions. We will always notify members via our app and social media if a run is cancelled.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! Members can bring guests to try out the club. It is a great way to introduce friends to our community. Plus, premium members get monthly guest passes.
Are there social events beyond running?
Definitely! We host monthly social gatherings, participate in local races together, organize running retreats, and have post-run coffee meetups. It is a true community, not just a running group.
How do training plans work?
Our training plans are designed by certified coaches and tailored to your goals. Premium and Elite members get access to customized plans for distances from 5K to marathon, with weekly adjustments based on your progress.
