Everything you need to know before you visit
Do I need to bring my own skates?
No! Skate rental is included with every admission. We have a full range of sizes from toddler to adult. You're welcome to bring your own skates if you prefer.
What should I wear?
Dress in comfortable, warm clothing. We recommend long pants, socks, and a light jacket or sweatshirt. The ice surface is maintained at 55°F. Gloves are highly recommended, especially for children.
Are birthday party packages customizable?
Absolutely! We can accommodate dietary restrictions, special themes, and additional add-ons. Contact our party coordinator to create your perfect celebration.
What is your refund policy?
Single admissions are non-refundable but can be used any time. Party packages can be rescheduled up to 7 days before with no penalty. Full refunds available if we need to close due to equipment issues.
Do you offer skating lessons for adults?
Yes! We offer adult beginner lessons on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Private lessons are also available by appointment at any time.
Is food allowed from outside?
Outside food is not permitted in the general skating area. However, you may bring a birthday cake for party packages. We have a full snack bar with pizza, hot dogs, nachos, and more.
What safety measures are in place?
We have certified staff monitoring the ice at all times, safety equipment available for rent (helmets, knee pads), and trained first aid responders on site. We also limit capacity to ensure safe skating conditions.
Can I reserve the entire rink?
Yes! Full rink rentals are available for corporate events, team building, large parties, and special occasions. Contact us for availability and custom pricing.
